The driver must be at least 21 years old to rent an economy or compact car.
For larger vehicle categories, such as SUVs or luxury cars, the minimum age may be 25.
A young driver surcharge may apply for drivers under 25.
Minimum driving experience: 2 years (from the date of obtaining a driver's license)

The driver must have held a valid driver's license for at least two years. International driving licenses are accepted. Licenses not written in the Latin alphabet must be accompanied by an official translation or an international driving license.

A valid passport or ID card.
A valid driver's license.
A credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit.

Reservations can be made online on our website or by phone.
A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.
The remaining balance is due upon vehicle pick-up.

The renter must not repair any damage to the vehicle without written permission from the Rental Agency.
Our vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance in accordance with Moroccan law.
Comprehensive insurance is available as an option to cover damage to the rental vehicle, subject to a deductible.
Additional insurance, such as theft or accident insurance, can be purchased at an additional cost.

Only the persons listed on the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle.
Additional drivers can be added for an additional fee.

The vehicle may only be used within Moroccan territory, except with prior written authorization.
The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities, racing, or competitions.
The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was purchased.

The rental duration is agreed upon at the time of booking and indicated on the rental agreement.
Late returns may incur additional charges.

The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when it was collected, except for normal wear and tear.
A cleaning fee may apply if the vehicle is returned in an excessively dirty condition.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are free.
Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup.
Changes to the reservation (dates, vehicle category, etc.) are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

The renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle during the rental period, unless insurance covering these risks is purchased.
Traffic violations (fines, tickets, etc.) are the responsibility of the renter.

24/7 roadside assistance is available in the event of a breakdown or accident.
Assistance contact information is provided upon vehicle collection.
